David Nickl, P.E. is Vice President of Engineer for TEAM Consultants and Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has over 25 years experience in storage tank and fuel terminal design including tankage, piping, secondary containment, automation systems, alarms and gauging and loading/unloading facilities. David Nickl spent a number of years as the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance – Florida Operations for GATX in Tampa, Florida. He also spent two years as the Chief Engineer and Vice President of Engineering for TEAM Consultants before leaving to work for PENN PRO, Inc. in Mulberry Florida. He returned to TEAM with their acquisition by PENN PRO in 2005.
