TEAM Consultants provides Engineering, Inspection, Design, Construction Management, and Repair services to owners and operators of aboveground storage tanks and tank systems.
James E. Pandolph, P.E., who was continuously involved in aboveground storage tank design, fabrication, erection, and inspection for over 30 years, realized the need for inspection of aging tanks which begin to show signs of deterioration and structural degradation. Based on this need, Mr. Pandolph founded Pandolph & Associates, Inc. in 1983 to serve the tank industry. As the company grew, the name was changed to Tank Engineering And Management (TEAM) Consultants, Inc. Today, TEAM Consultants is known as the Southeast's foremost leader in aboveground storage tank engineering, design, inspection, and repair. As one of the first engineering firms in the U.S. to specialize in aboveground storage tanks, TEAM Consultants has remained a leader in the industry. We have served on technical advisory committees and boards for the development of aboveground storage tank rules and standards. Our leadership, knowledge, and understanding of the aboveground storage tank industry is unsurpassed.
