Four 60' diameter tanks were lifted and moved off to the side while the containment dike area was graded and the tank foundations poured.
While the tanks were sitting off to the side they were inspected, repaired, and painted.
In this photo the tanks have been placed on the new foundations and the new piping is beginning to be installed.
